Consultation We discuss your project, timelines, goals, and requirements.
Project Proposal We will present you with our Project Proposal as an itemized cost estimate and detailed descriptions of intended work, along with a Project Timeline. Any alterations for price and function are negotiated at this time. Approvals You login to the Client end of our website and formally approve the Project Proposal, Timeline and our Work For Hire contract. You then pay the deposit invoice (usually 50%) directly through our site and we begin work immediately. Content You supply us any necessary copy, images, pre-designed logos, etc. 2. production Alpha-Product We create a first round mockup for your product per the approved Project Proposal. Beta-Product Based on your feedback we make necessary changes and submit for your approval until satisfied. Final Submission We submit your finished product and the balance of our fees are due, unless we have set up a payment plan. Follow Up We will follow up with you on your product and experience working with us. We want to hear your feedback so we can continue to improve and expand upon our services and client satisfaction.
